Questions

Book a consultation
Is FrameScale a registered estate agency?

Letting and leasing mandates are signed by an estate agent registered with the Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB) and holding a current Annual Practising Certificate.

Where does my deposit go?

Deposits and rent are paid into a client account kept separate from our own money, as required by the Estate Agents (Accounts) Rules, and checked by an accountant every year.

What is the FrameScale Score?

A 0–100 rating across four pillars: Fit (size, layout, price), Flow (light, access, commute), Frame (build quality, management, security) and Future (area trajectory and lease resilience). It is our consultants' assessment, not a valuation.

What is Lease Lens?

A plain-language summary of a property's main lease terms: length, deposit, rent increases, service charge, notice and the points to watch. It is guidance, not legal advice.

Do you handle short stays?

Yes, for furnished units that are registered with the Tourism Regulatory Authority. We prefer monthly corporate lets, which are more stable for owners and safer for neighbours.

How much does management cost?

A monthly percentage of the rent we collect, agreed in your mandate. The calculators page shows how the numbers work on your own rents.
