FrameScale Properties Consultancy was founded in Nairobi by Jamo “Smoke” and his co-founders to make renting and leasing measurable: clear numbers, clear terms and one point of contact from first viewing to final statement.
We let and lease apartments, offices, standalone homes, villas, condos and mixed-use buildings across Kilimani, Westlands, Upper Hill, Lavington, Karen, Riverside and Kileleshwa, and manage them for owners who would rather not chase rent themselves.
