Using the site
This website gives information about properties to let or lease and about our services. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Listings and information
Listings are provided in good faith from information supplied by owners. They are not an offer or a contract. Availability, rent and terms can change and are confirmed only in a signed lease.
FrameScale Score, Lease Lens, commute times, calculators and maps are guidance tools. They are not valuations, legal advice, tax advice or survey reports.
Your account and submissions
If you submit a property, you confirm you are the owner or authorised to let it and that the information is accurate. We may decline or remove any listing.
Don't misuse the site: no unlawful content, scraping, attempts to break security, or impersonating others.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, scores and software belong to FrameScale or its licensors. Photos may belong to owners or photographers and are used with permission.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on the site's information without confirming it with us.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 or other Kenyan law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
